JUNGSHIN Fitness:
Uses custom weighted wooden swords to teach precise cutting movements that work the body from the inside out, strengthening muscles and tendons, wrist, joints, and strengthening the lower back. Jungshin Fitness tones and shapes the upper and lower body in a systematic and fun approach to working out. It’s a sophisticated cardiovascular workout, teaching students to move, run, jump and strike with the sword. It brings you totally into the present moment.
KICKBOXING/KICK-IT:
A high energy kicking system using basic kicking techniques to tone the legs, work the abs, increase stamina, breath control, and flexibility, strengthen the hips and lower back, and gain precision for self-protection. Kicking is performed and taught on and off the bag, using hand-held targets and no targets for air kicking. For all ages, shapes, and personalities!
KICKBOX-SHORT SWORDS:
This dynamic 55 minute class is FUN!!! Designed to burn fat, increase stamina, release stress, strengthen joints and tendons, teach you how to have faster feet, jump higher, strengthen your knees, MAXIMIZE your tennis game, and bring you into an aware state of YOUR true athletic mastery! For all ages, shapes, and personalities!

JUNGSHIN Fitness offers the following fitness classes
JUNGSHIN Fitness for Beginning Warrior:
This class is a level 1 class and offers long sword training for beginner and softer levels -Burn up to 400 calories
JUNGSHIN Fitness Warrior 2:
This class is a level 2 class and offers a faster pace curricula for the hardcore athlete-Burn up to 800 calories
JUNGSHIN Fitness Boot camp:
This class is a combination of level 2 and 3 and is a circuit training boot camp using kicking targets (which Jungshin provides), long and short swords, and martial art conditioning techniques. -Burn over 800 calories
JUNGSHIN for Competitive Athletes:
This class is designed to meet the specific sports needs of each member for whatever competition, race, or venue they are involved in. Jungshin Fitness trains basket ball players in jumping and landing light, sprinters in using core to increase speed, tennis players on fast feet, strong ankles, and quick eyes, golfers, swimmers, marathon runners, and fighters. This class is only taught by Annika Kahn.
JUNGSHIN Fitness for buddy’s and partners:
This class focuses on partner training through out the entire duration of the class
Learn the art of offensive and defensive positioning—great for lawyers and anyone in a relationship or who wants to be in a relationship.

JUNGSHIN Fitness for the Stars
This is a new class focusing true alignment with one’s self and specifically designed for actors and actress but open to all members who wish to move in and out of characters using the sword play as a way to create a characters essence.
YOGATONE
Yoga is a way of moving into stillness in order to experience the truth of who you are. The practice of yoga is the practice of meditation-or inner listening-in the poses and meditations, as well as all day long.
This class incorporates the breath and flexibility of Yoga poses with the strength and conditioning poses of Pilates. During this 90 min class, practitioners are encouraged to stay in their core while using the breath to access length, strength, and muscle definition. The principles of the class rest upon centering, concentration, control, precision, breath, and flow. This is not a cardio intensive class but you will sweat and your bodies will move with a wonderful stretch and strength flow
Annika makes this fun with her sense of humor, attention to each participant, and depth of knowledge of the body.
