Thank you for joining the sword fitness tribe! We are excited you are here. Upon selecting your preferred recorded teacher training you will be emailed a digital copy of the Jungshin Fitness manual, two forms to sign, information about the instructor portal, and the recording. Once you have completed the training and have followed the practice instructions, you will be sent a link to work one-on-one with either Annika or another master trainer to complete the official certification.
